Mr. Paletta is a Partner, board member of the Adviser and Kildare Holdings Limited, and the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Kildare Partners in 2013, he spent 20 years with Lone Star Funds and its predecessor organizations where he served in various capacities including Senior Managing Director of Investor Relations, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Director of Closing and Financing. During his tenure, Mr. Paletta was responsible for coordinating the formation of 10 private equity funds, representing $34 billion of capital commitments from a variety of global institutional investors including public pension funds, corporate pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations.
Prior to Lone Star, Mr. Paletta served as the Director of Internal Audit for Brazos Asset Management, Inc. and Senior Audit Manager of American Savings Bank where he directed day-to-day activities of a 60 professional internal audit department. Mr. Paletta began his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he served for 12 years in a variety of functions including attestation, taxation, business reorganization and litigation support.
Mr. Paletta holds a BBA degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
